Hi, I’m Van-Neisha Johnson – a proud Richmond, Virginia native, Realtor®, real estate investor, and the founder of The Legacy Collective.
It’s nice to meet you!
My Mission
My mission is to close the ownership gap and help families build generational wealth through homeownership. As a top-producing agent in RVA, I’m deeply committed to serving my clients with strategy, integrity, and faith making sure every real estate decision is a step toward building legacy.
My journey began in education. After earning my bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University and my master’s in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, I served in Richmond and Henrico County Public Schools, leading family and community engagement efforts. Those years ignited my passion for people, education, and transformation a passion I now carry into real estate as I guide women and families through life-changing decisions.
Outside of real estate, I merge ministry and business in everything I do. I’m the creator and voice behind The Well Talk Podcast, a faith-based platform where I encourage women to live purposefully and boldly in their God-given gifts. At The Life Church RVA, I serve faithfully whether leading small groups, ministering at the altar, or preaching God’s Word.
My Impact
On any given day, you may find me hosting a Legacy & Homeownership Seminar, mentoring aspiring leaders, or walking clients step by step through the buying and selling process. My goal is clear: to educate, empower, and equip others to build wealth and create lasting legacy.
